A historic event for the art of Korça, the first Albanian operetta "Agimi" returns to the stage of the "Andon Z. Çajupi" Theater after 70 years. This significant work, considered the cornerstone of vocal stage productions, was first created in Korça in 1954. Composed by Kristo Kono, honored as the “People's Artist,” with a libretto by Kolë Jakova, "Agimi" was brought back to life at the MIK Festival. The performance was met with endless applause in the packed hall of the "Andon Z. Çajupi" Theater.
