Aksidentoi për vdekje mbrëmë në Symizë këmbësorin 62 vjeçar, arrestohet banori nga Sovjani

Në vijim të informacionit paraprak të dhënë mbrëmjen e djeshme, për aksidentin e ndodhur në aksin “Korçë – Pogradec”, bëjmë me dije se në vijim të veprimeve procedurale, specialistët e Sektorit të Qarkullimit Rrugor arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin G. Ç., 37 vjeç, banues në Sovjan, Maliq, pasi dyshohet se ka përplasur shtetasin F. B., 62 vjeç, banues në Pogradec, këmbësor, i cili për pasojë humbi jetën.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme, për veprën penale “Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor”, me pasojë vdekjen.

Following the preliminary information provided last night regarding the accident on the “Korçë – Pogradec” road, we inform you that, as part of the procedural actions, the specialists of the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen G. Ç., 37 years old, resident of Sovjan, Maliq. He is suspected of hitting the pedestrian F. B., 62 years old, resident of Pogradec, who consequently lost his life.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further actions regarding the criminal offense of “Violation of traffic rules,” resulting in death.
