Specialistët e Hetimit të Krimeve në Komisariatin e Policisë Korçë ndaluan shtetasin E. N., 20 vjeç, banues në Fier, pasi dyshohet si autor i vjedhjes në lagjen nr. 1 Korçë, i targave të një automjeti në pronësi të një 53-vjeçareje.

Specialistët e Sektorit të Qarkullimit Rrugor arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasit:

K. A., 28 vjeç, banues në Pojan, Maliq, pasi u kap duke drejtuar automjetin pa leje drejtimi, dhe nuk i është bindur urdhrit të punonjësit të policisë për të ndaluar;

I. P., 26 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi u kap duke drejtuar automjetin pa leje drejtimi.

Po nga këta specialistë u referuan materialet në Prokurori ku filloi procedimi penal në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin L. Ç, 45 vjeç, banues në Diashnicë, Korçë, pasi duke drejtuar automjetin, ka humbur kontrollin mbi drejtimin e tij dhe për pasojë automjeti ka dalë nga rruga ku ka ngelur e dëmtuar lehtë shtetasja Xh. Ç., 35 vjeçe, pasagjere në automjet.

Specialistët e Hetimit të Krimeve në Komisariatin e Policisë Korçë referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku filloi procedimin penal për shtetasit:

Z. Ç., 55 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi nuk i është bindur urdhrit të punonjësit të policisë për kontroll.

L. H., 35 vjeç, pasi u kap duke kryer punime ndërtimi pa leje.

Gj. K., 42 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi ka dëmtuar fasadën e një lokali në pronësi të një 36-vjeçari.

Specialistët e Hetimit të Narkotikëve referuan materialet në Prokurori ku filloi procedimi penal, në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin V. D., 30 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi gjatë kontrollit fizik iu gjet dhe u sekuestrua një sasi lënde narkotike e dyshuar cannabis sativa.

Komisariati i Policisë Korçë, referoi materialet në Prokurori pasi shtetasi F. M., 45 vjeç, banues në Korçë, ka rënë aksidentalisht duke punuar.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korçë Police Station detained citizen E. N., 20 years old, resident of Fier, as he is suspected of being the perpetrator of the theft of a vehicle’s license plates in neighborhood no. 1, Korçë, owned by a 53-year-old woman.

Traffic Police Specialists arrested the following citizens in flagrante delicto:

• K. A., 28 years old, resident of Pojan, Maliq, for driving a vehicle without a license and failing to comply with a police officer’s order to stop.

• I. P., 26 years old, resident of Korçë, for driving a vehicle without a license.

Additionally, these specialists referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen L. Ç., 45 years old, resident of Diashnicë, Korçë. While driving a vehicle, he lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road, lightly injuring passenger Xh. Ç., 35 years old.

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Korçë Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:

• Z. Ç., 55 years old, resident of Korçë, for failing to comply with a police officer’s order for inspection.

• L. H., 35 years old, for carrying out construction work without a permit.

• Gj. K., 42 years old, resident of Korçë, for damaging the facade of a premises owned by a 36-year-old citizen.

Narcotics Investigation Specialists referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen V. D., 30 years old, resident of Korçë, after a physical search led to the discovery and seizure of a quantity of suspected cannabis sativa.

The Korçë Police Station also referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office after citizen F. M., 45 years old, resident of Korçë, accidentally fell while working.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
