Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Narkotikëve arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin P. B., 31 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi gjatë kontrollit në automjetin e tij u gjet një sasi lënde e dyshuar narkotike cannabis sativa, ndërsa gjatë kontrollit në banesën e tij, u gjet një armë gjahu që e mbante pa leje. Lënda narkotike dhe arma e gjahut u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale.

Specialistët e Sektorit të Qarkullimit Rrugor:

-Arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin K. Sh., 24 vjeç, banues në Pojan, Maliq, për veprat penale “Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor” dhe “Largimi nga vendi i aksidentit”, pasi dje, në fshatin Pojan, Maliq, përplasi një këmbësore dhe u largua nga vendi i aksidentit;

-Referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku filloi procedimi penal për shtetasin A. O., 33 vjeç, banues në fshatin Buçimas, Pogradec, për veprën penale “Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor”, pasi dje, në aksin rrugor “Pogradec-Qafë Thanë”, automjeti që drejtonte u përplas me automjetin me drejtues shtetasin Th. T.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të DVKM Korçë referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku filloi procedimi penal për shtetasit:

V. N., 50 vjeç, banues në Pukë, për veprën penale “Kalimi i paligjshëm i kufirit shtetëror”;

M. K., 29 vjeç, banues në Klocë, Maliq, pasi u kap në fshatin Diellas, duke transportuar me furgon, disa bagëti të pamatrikulluara të cilat dyshohet se janë kontrabanduar nga Maqedonia e Veriut.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen P. B., 31 years old, resident of Korçë, after a search of his vehicle revealed a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa. Additionally, during a search of his residence, an unlicensed hunting rifle was found. The narcotic substance and the hunting rifle were seized as material evidence.

Specialists from the Traffic Sector:

• Arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen K. Sh., 24 years old, resident of Pojan, Maliq, for the criminal offenses of “Violation of traffic rules” and “Leaving the scene of an accident”, as yesterday, in the village of Pojan, Maliq, he hit a pedestrian and fled the scene.

• Referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the citizen A. O., 33 years old, resident of Buçimas, Pogradec, for the criminal offense of “Violation of traffic rules”, as yesterday, on the “Pogradec-Qafë Thanë” road, the vehicle he was driving collided with a vehicle driven by the citizen Th. T.

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Unit of Korçë Local Police Directorate referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the following individuals:

• V. N., 50 years old, resident of Pukë, for the criminal offense of “Illegal border crossing”;

• M. K., 29 years old, resident of Klocë, Maliq, who was caught in the village of Diellas transporting with a van several unregistered livestock, which are suspected to have been smuggled from North Macedonia.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further legal actions.
