Komisariati i Policisë Korçë arrestoi në flagrancë shtetasin I. M., 42 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi dyshohet se ka ushtruar dhunë ndaj bashkëshortes së tij, e cila u pajis me urdhër mbrojtjeje.

Sektori i Policisë Rrugore arrestoi në flagrancë shtetasin F. G., 23 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi u kap duke drejtuar automjetin, pa leje drejtimi.

Sektori për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Financiare referoi materialet në Prokurori ku filloi procedimi penal për shtetasin L. S., 37 vjeç, banues në fshatin Vloçisht, Maliq, pasi në aksin “Kapshticë-Bilisht”, gjatë kontrollit në automjetin e tij, shërbimet e Policisë gjetën dhe sekuestruan produkte ushqimore të dyshuara të kontrabanduara nga Greqia.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

The Korçë Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen I.M., 42 years old, resident of Korçë, on suspicion of domestic violence against his wife, who has been issued a protection order.

The Road Traffic Police Sector arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen F.G., 23 years old, resident of Korçë, after being caught driving a vehicle without a driver’s license.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Sector referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the citizen L.S., 37 years old, resident of the village of Vloçisht, Maliq. During a check on the “Kapshticë-Bilisht” road, the Police services found and seized food products suspected of being smuggled from Greece in his vehicle.

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
