Pogradeci once again entrusts the project to the Çela-Kuli duo.

The president of the Pogradec club will give the staff a “free hand” in the transfer market, with the major objective being promotion to the Albanian Superliga next season.

Work has already begun in Pogradec and, according to our sources, the club’s management is in talks with players from the Albanian top flight, as the club aims to bring in only footballers with experience from the elite level.

Among the names being linked are Patrik Bardhi, Lorenc Trashi and Aldrit Oshafi.
