Following up on the preliminary information provided yesterday, regarding the accident in the village of Vishocicë, Devoll, we inform that specialists from the Road Police Sector arrested in flagrante for the criminal offense of “Violation of traffic rules” the citizen A. P., 48, resident of Korçë, who, while driving a van, caused the death of H. M., 83, resident of Vishocicë.

Specialists from the Korçë Criminal Investigation Unit referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where proceedings began for the criminal offense of “Illegal crossing of the state border” against N. B., 44, resident of Rrushkull, Durrës, suspected of having crossed illegally into Greece.

Specialists from the Pogradec Police Station Criminal Investigation Unit referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where proceedings began against Xh. A., 48, resident of Lin, Pogradec, who, near Lin village, set a fire to burn waste, which spread and burned an area of land with vegetation.

Procedural materials were referred to the Korçë Prosecutor’s Office for further action.

Kolonjë / Following the information provided on February 27, 2026, regarding the disappearance of T. C., 40, we inform that this individual was found and returned to his family.
