E FUNDIT/ Disiplina dënon Skënderbeun me 2 milion lek dhe pezullon trajnerin!

Komisioni i Disiplinës ka marrë këto masa të ashpra për ekipin Skënderbeu U-15, duke e dënuar me një gjobë të majme financiare, duke humbur ndeshjen në tavolinë 3-0 dhe dënuar trajnerin e tij.

Ja vendimet:

KF Skënderbeu U-15, për mos përmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke rrezikuar sigurinë e zyrtarëve të ndeshjes dhe si pasojë duke shkaktuar ndërprerjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Abissnet Superiore U-15, kundër FC Lushnja U-15, në bazë të neneve 8/1 dhe 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Zyrtari i KF Skënderbeu U-15, Ligor Tiko, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

The Disciplinary Committee has taken strict measures against the Skënderbeu U-15 team, imposing a heavy financial fine, forfeiting the match 3-0, and penalizing its coach.

Here are the decisions:

KF Skënderbeu U-15, for failing to meet obligations and responsibilities, thereby endangering the safety of the match officials and causing the interruption of the valid match in the Abissnet Superiore U-15 Championship against FC Lushnja U-15, based on articles 8/1 and 16/1 of the Disciplinary Code (KDE), is fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek and loses the match by default with a 3-0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine applies at a rate of 3%.

The official of KF Skënderbeu U-15, Ligor Tiko, for unsporting behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is suspended for 8 (eight) matches from all activities.
