Fight in Korçë / 54-year-old kept in prison, “obligation to appear” for the other defendants

The hearing on security measures has concluded for 9 of the 10 individuals arrested for the mass brawl that took place three days ago in a bar in Korçë, where three people were injured.

The prosecution requested the security measure of “arrest in prison” for 54-year-old Dritan Pino, a request which was accepted by the court, leaving him in custody.

For the other arrested individuals, namely Petrika Ropi, Ilir Shukulli, Salvi Asllan, Mihal Zhidro, Serxho Mema, Gersi Dervishi and Kristi Lamçe, the prosecution requested the measure of “obligation to appear,” which was also accepted by the court.

For the arrested individual Sotiraq Shkurti, who was also injured, the hearing will take place at the regional hospital of Korçë, as he remains under medical care.
