Korçë/ Arrestohet 26-vjeçari për drejtim motomjeti pa leje drejtimi

Specialistët e Sektorit të Qarkullimit Rrugor arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin T. L., 26 vjeç, banues në Hoshtec, Pogradec, pasi u kap duke drejtuar motomjetin, pa leje drejtimi.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Korçë referuan materialet në Prokurori, pasi shtetasi P. S., 34 vjeç, ka tentuar të vetëvritet duke konsumuar medikamente në banesë. Aktualisht ndodhet në kujdesin e mjekëve, jashtë rrezikut për jetën.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të DVKM Korçë referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku filloi procedimi penal për shtetasin K. L., 26 vjeç, banues ne Piskupat, Pogradec, për veprën penale “Peshkimi i paligjshëm”.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

Pogradec – Informacion paraprak/Në aksin rrugor “Pogradec – Qafë Thanë”, në afërsi të fshatit Mëmëlisht, automjeti tip “Benz” me drejtues shtetasin Dh. T. është përplasur me automjetin tip “Ford” me drejtues shtetasin A. O.

Nga aksidenti është dëmtuar shtetasi Dh. T., i cili po merr ndihmën mjekësore në spital, në gjendje jashtë rrezikut për jetën.

Shtetasi A. O. u shoqërua në Komisariat, për veprime të metejshme.

Grupi hetimor po kryen veprimet për zbardhjen e rrethanave të aksidentit.

Specialists of the Road Traffic Sector arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen T. L., 26 years old, residing in Hoshtec, Pogradec, after he was caught driving a motorcycle without a driver’s license.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Korça Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, as the citizen P. S., 34 years old, attempted suicide by consuming medication at his residence. He is currently under medical care, out of danger for his life.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the DVKM Korça referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where a criminal procedure was initiated against the citizen K. L., 26 years old, residing in Piskupat, Pogradec, for the criminal offense of “Illegal Fishing.”

The procedural materials were sent to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction Korça for further actions.

Pogradec – Preliminary Information / On the road axis “Pogradec – Qafë Thanë,” near the village of Memëlisht, a “Benz” vehicle driven by the citizen Dh. T. collided with a “Ford” vehicle driven by the citizen A. O.

As a result of the accident, the citizen Dh. T. was injured and is receiving medical assistance at the hospital, in a condition that is not life-threatening.

The citizen A. O. was escorted to the Police Station for further actions.

The investigative team is conducting actions to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
