Përshtatën një lokal në fshatin Vashtmi, për të luajtur Poker, arrestohen pronari i lokalit dhe bashkëpunëtori i tij.

Procedohen në gjendje të lirë 12 shtetas që u kapën duke luajtur në lokal.

Sekuestrohen 1 tavolinë Pokeri, letra bixhozi, 4 celularë dhe shuma parash të përfituara nga loja.

Si rezultat i kontrollit të kryer në bazë të informacioneve të siguruara nga inteligjenca policore, për përshtatjen e një lokali në fshatin Vashtmi, për organizim të kundërligjshëm të lojërave të fatit, shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Maliq finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar “Bet25”.

Gjatë operacionit u arrestuan në flagrancë pronari i lokalit, shtetasi O. C., 48 vjeç, si dhe bashkëpunëtori i tij, shtetasi A. L., 31 vjeç.

Gjithashtu, u proceduan në gjendje të lirë 12 shtetas që u kapën duke luajtur në ambientet e lokalit, në momentin e ndërhyrjes së Policisë.

Materialet procedurale iu referuan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

A venue in the village of Vashtmi was adapted for playing Poker; the owner of the establishment and his accomplice were arrested.

Twelve individuals caught playing in the venue were prosecuted while at liberty.

A poker table, playing cards, four mobile phones, and cash obtained from the game were seized.

As a result of an inspection based on intelligence information regarding the adaptation of a venue in the village of Vashtmi for the unlawful organization of gambling activities, the services of the Maliq Police Station successfully concluded the police operation codenamed “Bet25.”

During the operation, the owner of the venue, citizen O. C., 48 years old, and his accomplice, citizen A. L., 31 years old, were caught in the act and arrested.

Additionally, 12 individuals who were caught playing inside the venue at the time of the police intervention were prosecuted while at liberty.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further legal actions.
