Specialists from the Crime Investigation Department of the Pogradec Police Station have continued investigative actions regarding the incident that occurred on March 29, 2025, in neighborhood No. 3, Pogradec, where citizen M.T., 36 years old, was injured. Following this, the arrest of citizen L.O. was made for the criminal offenses of “Intentional serious injury” and “Production and illegal possession of cold weapons.” Additionally, citizen A.B., alias A.O., was prosecuted for the criminal offense of “Assistance to the author of the crime.”

Further investigative actions revealed that, at the time of the incident, citizen S.J. was present and left the scene in the vehicle with the perpetrator.

The investigation also showed that citizen S.J. had violated the house arrest measure imposed by the Court of Korça for the criminal offense of “Driving a vehicle improperly.”

Subsequently, citizen S.J., 44 years old, residing in Blacë, Pogradec, was apprehended and taken to the Pogradec Police Station. He was arrested for the criminal offense of “Escape of a prisoner from the place of confinement.”

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça for the criminal offense of "Escape of a prisoner from the place of confinement."
