Pogradec/ E pëson nga policia i riu 26-vjeçar!

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të DVKM Korçë referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku filloi procedimi penal për shtetasin K. L., 26 vjeç, banues ne Piskupat, Pogradec, për veprën penale “Peshkimi i paligjshëm”. Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

The specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the DVKM Korça referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen K. L., 26 years old, residing in Piskupat, Pogradec, for the criminal offense of “Illegal Fishing.”

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Korça for further actions.
