Kemi nisur nga puna me një tjetër bllok pallatesh duke aplikuar sistemin kapot. Falë kësaj ndërhyrjeje të financuar nga FSHZH i japim zonës një pamje të re por mundësojmë apartamente më të ngrohta për familljet. Kjo punë do të vijojë në të gjitha lagjet ku ka pallate të para viteve 90″.

We have started work on another block of buildings by applying the capote system. Thanks to this intervention, funded by FSHZH, we are giving the area a new look while enabling warmer apartments for the families. This work will continue in all neighborhoods with buildings from before the 90s.
