Polaku ndalohet në Qafë Thanë me 23.700 euro të padeklaruara

Sekuestrohet shuma e parave.

Shërbimet e Policisë Kufitare kanë intensifikuar kontrollet për goditjen e paligjshmërive në kufi. Në këtë kuadër, në bashkëpunim me autoritetet doganore, në dalje të RSh-së, është kaluar në vijën e dytë, për kontroll të detajuar, automjeti tip “Benz” me drejtues shtetasin polak A. K.

Gjatë kontrollit u gjetën 23 700 euro, të cilat ky shtetas po tentonte t’i nxirrte nga Shqipëri, pa i deklaruar konform ligjeve në fuqi.

Në vijim të veprimeve procedurale për rastin, u referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin polak A. K. 45 vjeç, banues në Poloni, për veprën penale “Mosdeklarimi në kufi i të hollave dhe i sendeve me vlerë”.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

Korçë Local Directorate of Border and Migration. A 45-year-old Polish citizen is criminally prosecuted for attempting to take €23,700 out of Albania without declaring it. The money has been seized.

Border Police services have intensified controls to combat illegal activities at the border. In this context, in cooperation with customs authorities, a Mercedes-Benz vehicle driven by Polish citizen A.K. was subjected to a second-line detailed inspection upon exiting Albania.

During the inspection, €23,700 was found, which the citizen was attempting to take out of Albania without declaring it, in violation of applicable laws.

Following procedural actions, case materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the 45-year-old Polish citizen A.K., residing in Poland, for the criminal offense of “Failure to declare money and valuables at the border.”

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further legal action.
