POLICE / Stalked a minor. Here are the latest events in the southeast!

Specialists of Road Traffic arrested in flagrant offense the citizen A. M., 23 years old, residing in Bilisht, after the vehicle he was driving without a driving license collided with another vehicle. The collision resulted in only material damages.

Specialists of the Criminal Investigation Department at the Korçë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and declared the citizen A. D., 25 years old, residing in Korçë, wanted, as it is suspected that he stalked a minor.

Also, the same specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen V. B., 57 years old, residing in Floq, Korçë, after it is suspected that a fire, which he allegedly caused by negligence, in the village of Floq, resulted in the burning of a plot of land with vegetation.

Specialists for Criminal Investigation at the Maliq Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the following citizens:

• B. R., 39 years old, and R. J., 21 years old, residing in Symiz, Maliq, after they had a conflict with each other over trivial reasons;

• Y. T., 58 years old, residing in Senisht, Maliq, after a fire, which it is suspected he started due to negligence, in the village of Senisht, resulted in the burning of a plot of land with vegetation.

Specialists for Criminal Investigation at the Pogradec Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen P. Sh., 61 years old, after he was caught carrying out construction work without permission.

Specialists for Criminal Investigation at the DVKM Korçë referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen E. Xh., 41 years old, residing in Podgorie, for the criminal offense of “Illegal Border Crossing.”

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
