POLICE/ Multiple criminal proceedings. Here’s what the police statement says!

Specialists of the Sector for Traffic Investigations referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the Italian citizen L.C., 31 years old, for the criminal offense of “Motor Vehicle Trafficking,” as he was driving a vehicle suspected of being stolen in the United Kingdom.

Specialists of the Road Police Sector referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against a 17-year-old, as he was caught driving a vehicle without a driving license.

Specialists for Crime Investigation at the Korça Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen K.B., 36 years old, residing in Korça, as he is suspected of hitting a 42-year-old man with a punch, for trivial reasons.

Specialists for Crime Investigation at the Pogradec Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen H.R., 62 years old, residing in the village of Gështenjas, as she unlawfully blocked the road in front of the house of a 43-year-old man.

Specialists for Crime Investigation at the Devoll Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizens M.P. and I.P., residing in Vishocicë, as they are suspected of committing psychological abuse against their minor granddaughter.

Specialists for Crime Investigation at the Kolonjë Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen I.M., 57 years old, residing in Tirana, as the company he manages was carrying out construction works without authorization from the competent authorities.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Korça for further actions.
