POLICE: 2 people are arrested / the 38-year-old threatens his uncle's son

DVP Korçë / 2 citizens are put in handcuffs and 2 others are prosecuted in a free state, for various criminal offences.

-Following the preliminary information given last night, regarding a road accident, we inform you that Urban and Interurban Traffic Specialists of DVP Korçë, arrested citizen A.T., 58 years old, resident of Maliq, in the act, after this citizen on the "Korçë" road axis -Pogradec", near the village of Zvirinë, Maliq, while driving the vehicle type "Opel ATP", had an accident with the pedestrian Th. K., 58 years old, resident of Zvirina, who is in the hospital of Korça, in a serious state of health.

- The same specialists arrested citizen E. L., 28 years old, resident of the village of Çiflig, Korçë, after in the vicinity of this village, while driving a "Toyota" type vehicle, he collided with a "Porsche" type vehicle driven by citizen Th. V. As a result of the collision, the passenger of the "Toyota" type vehicle, citizen L. B., 19 years old, resident in Libonik, Maliq, was slightly injured. The citizen E. L., after the collision, left the scene of the accident, but was caught and detained by the Police services. The verification showed that the 28-year-old was driving the vehicle without a driving license.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Maliq Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a free state for the citizen P. L., 38 years old, resident in the village of Rëmbec, Maliq, because in the village, he allegedly threatened his uncle's son with words. his own and with self-judgment, blocked a public space with a wire mesh.

These same specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings began in a free state for the citizen B. Z., 41 years old, resident in Maliq, as he is suspected of having exercised psychological violence against his wife, who was provided with a protection order.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
