POLICE / Criminal proceedings in Korçë, Pogradec, and Maliq: Here's what happened!

Korçë Local Police Directorate

• Korçë: Criminal proceedings were initiated against V. M., 29 years old, resident of Shtyllë, after he was caught transporting 5 cubic meters of illegally cut wood. The timber was seized as material evidence.

  
  

• Pogradec: Crime Investigation Specialists referred the following cases to the Prosecutor’s Office:

  • N. H., 55 years old, resident of Pogradec, for allegedly punching a 68-year-old man over a minor dispute.

  • A. B., 32 years old, and V. B., 57 years old, for getting into a conflict with each other, also over trivial motives.

• Maliq: Proceedings began against F. K., 19 years old, for disturbing public order with loud noise from his bar in the village of Sheqeras.

All procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
