DVP Korçë / 1 citizen is put in handcuffs, 4 citizens are processed in a free state and 1 other is declared wanted, for various criminal offenses.

- Urban and Interurban Traffic Specialists of DVP Korçë arrested in the act the citizen A. M., 36 years old, resident of Korçë, after the vehicle driven by the 36-year-old collided with a parked vehicle on "Republika" boulevard. From the performance of the alcohol test, it turned out that the 36-year-old man was driving the vehicle in a drunken state.

- These same specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizen A. K., 47 years old, resident of Durrës, on the "Korçë-Pogradec" road axis, near the intersection of the village of Libonik, the vehicle that the 47-year-old was driving, collided with the vehicle driven by the citizen N. C., 43 years old, resident in the village of Starovë, Pogradec. As a result, the N. C. citizen and 3 passengers in this vehicle were injured, and their lives are out of danger.

-Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Korçë Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizens A. T., 29 years old and N. Zh., 29 years old, both residents of Korçë, since on the "Republika" boulevard, while driving a vehicle, they opposed the order of the Police officers to check the documentation of this vehicle.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Maliq Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizen E. M., 31 years old, resident of the village of Novoselë, Maliq, after he was driving his vehicle on "Rinia" street, Maliq. obeyed the order of the Police officers to stop.

- Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Cologne Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and declared the citizen S. S., 53 years old, a resident of the village of Luaras, Cologne, as wanted, because in the village, it is suspected that due to a conflict for property reasons, he killed with shotgun, a Samaritan animal, owned by a 39-year-old man. As material evidence, 2 shotguns were seized, which the 53-year-old possessed with the relevant permit.

On 10.08.2023, in the village of Libonik, Maliq, there was a fire on a piece of land owned by citizens I. P., B. P., R. Sh., Sh. Z and A. Sh., residents of Libonik. From the investigative actions carried out, it is suspected that the fire may have been set intentionally. Work is underway to fully document the circumstances of the event.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
