POLICIA/ 4 shtetas nga Devolli dhe 1 nga Tirana kapen në flagrancë duke kaluar kufirin më këmbë!

U kapën në flagrancë në tentativë për të kaluar kufirin, në mënyrë të paligjshme, procedohen penalisht 5 shtetas. 3 prej tyre nuk iu bindën urdhrit të punonjësve të Policisë Kufitare, për ndalim.

Sherbimet e Drejtorise Vendore Per Kufirin dhe Migracionin Korce, si rezultat i kontrolleve për goditjen e paligjshmërive në kufi, ndalimin e shtetasve të shpallur në kërkim apo të atyre që tentojnë të kalojnë kufirin në mënyrë të parregullt, kanë goditur 5 raste të tentativës për të kaluar kufirin, në mënyrë të paligjshme.

Për këto raste, nisi procedimi penal për shtetasit:

M. L., 31 vjeç, T. Ç., 38 vjeç, dhe Y. Xh., 37 vjeç, banues në Devoll, pasi janë kapur në flagrancë në fshatin Ponçarë, në tentativë për të kauar ilegalisht kufirin. Në momentin që janë konstatuar nga shërbimet e Policisë Kufitare, ata nuk iu janë bindur udhrave të tyre për të ndaluar;

O. N., 34 vjeçe, banuese në Devoll dhe P. H., 50 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, pasi janë kapur në flagrancë në fshatin Tresenik, në tentativë për të kaluar ilegalisht kufirin.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme, për veprat penale “Kalimi i paligjshëm i kufirit shtetëror” dhe “Mosbindja ndaj urdhrit të punonjësit të policisë së rendit publik”.

Caught in the act while attempting to cross the border illegally, 5 citizens are criminally prosecuted. Three of them did not comply with the order of the Border Police officers to stop.

The services of the Local Directorate for Border and Migration Korçë, as a result of controls to combat illegal activities at the border, apprehend wanted persons, or those attempting to cross the border irregularly, have intercepted 5 cases of attempts to cross the border illegally.

For these cases, criminal proceedings have been initiated against the following individuals:

• M. L., 31 years old, T. Ç., 38 years old, and Y. Xh., 37 years old, residents of Devoll, who were caught in the act in the village of Ponçarë while attempting to cross the border illegally. When detected by the Border Police services, they did not comply with the officers’ orders to stop.

• O. N., 34 years old, resident of Devoll, and P. H., 50 years old, resident of Tirana, who were caught in the act in the village of Tresenik while attempting to cross the border illegally.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further actions regarding the criminal offenses of “Illegal crossing of the state border” and “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer.”
