Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Korçë arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin E. S., 52 vjeç, banues në Korçë, pasi ka thyer masën e sigurisë “Arrest në shtëpi”, caktuar nga Gjykata, për veprat penale “Tregtimi dhe transportimi i mallrave që janë kontrabandë” dhe ”Falsifikimi i vulave, i stampave ose i formularëve”.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Trafiqeve ekzekutuan masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, për shtetasit M. H., 21 vjeç, dhe N. C., 23 vjeç banues në Kavajë, caktuar nga Gjykata, për veprën penale “Ndihma për kalim të paligjshëm të kufijve”.

Specialistët e Sektorit të Qarkullimit Rrugor arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin A. F., 33 vjeç, banues në Pirg, Maliq, pasi u kap duke drejtuar automjetin, në gjendje të dehur.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Rënda referuan materialet në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasen J. O., 35 vjeçe, banuese në Korçë, për veprën penale “Moskallëzimi i krimit”, pasi nga veprimet hetimore të kryera për plagosjen me mjet prerës, të shtetasit K. Z., 26 vjeç, më datë 06.02.2025, dyshohet se kjo shtetase ka qenë prezente gjatë konfliktit dhe bashkë me autorin e dyshuar të plagosjes, shtetasin J. R., kanë transportuar 26-vjeçarin, në spital. Vijon puna për kapjen e shtetasit J. R.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të DVKM Korçë referuan materialet në Prokurori, për shtetasin A. B., 50 vjeç, banues në Kapshticë, Devoll, për veprën penale “Kalimi i paligjshëm i kufirit shtetëror”.

Korçë Police Announce Arrests and Criminal Proceedings

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Korçë Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen E. S., 52 years old, resident of Korçë, for violating the security measure “House Arrest” imposed by the Court for the criminal offenses of “Trading and transporting contraband goods” and “Forgery of stamps, seals, or forms.”

The Trafficking Investigation Specialists executed the security measure “Arrest in prison” for citizens M. H., 21 years old, and N. C., 23 years old, residents of Kavajë, as ordered by the Court for the criminal offense of “Assisting illegal border crossings.”

The Road Traffic Sector Specialists arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen A. F., 33 years old, resident of Pirg, Maliq, for driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Serious Crimes Investigation Specialists referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and initiated proceedings against J. O., 35 years old, resident of Korçë, for the criminal offense of “Failure to report a crime.” Investigations into the stabbing of K. Z., 26 years old, on February 6, 2025, suggest that J. O. was present during the conflict and, along with the suspected perpetrator, J. R., transported the injured individual to the hospital. Efforts are ongoing to capture J. R.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Korçë Border and Migration Directorate referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office against A. B., 50 years old, resident of Kapshticë, Devoll, for the criminal offense of “Illegal border crossing.”
