Specialistët e Sektorit për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Financiare referuan materialet në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi penal për shtetasin V. Xh., 50 vjeç, banues në Leskovik, pasi në aksin rrugor “Tre urat-Leskovik”, gjatë kontrollit në automjetin e tij, shërbimet e Policisë gjetën dhe sekuestruan produkte ushqimore të dyshuara të kontrabanduara nga Greqia. Në vijim të veprimeve për këtë rast nisi procedimi penal edhe për shtetasin S. K., 39 vjeç, banues në Korçë, me detyrë doganier në pikën e kalimit kufitar Tre Urat, pasi dyshohet se nuk ka kryer procedurat për zhdoganimin e këtyre produkteve.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Devoll referuan materialet në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi penal për shtetasit D. B., 20 vjeç dhe P. B., 20 vjeç, pasi janë konfliktuar fizikisht me 2 shtetas të tjerë, për motive të dobëta.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Maliq referuan materialet në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi penal për shtetasit H. T., 62 vjeç dhe S. M., 44 vjeç, banues në Maliq, pasi u kapën duke luajtur lojëra fati, me celularë.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

Specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen V. Xh., 50 years old, residing in Leskovik, because during a vehicle inspection on the “Tre Urat-Leskovik” road axis, police services found and seized food products suspected of being smuggled from Greece. Following this, criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen S. K., 39 years old, residing in Korça, working as a customs officer at the Tre Urat border crossing point, as it is suspected that he did not carry out the procedures for clearing these products.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Devoll Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens D. B., 20 years old, and P. B., 20 years old, because they physically conflicted with two other citizens over trivial reasons.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Maliq Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens H. T., 62 years old, and S. M., 44 years old, residents of Maliq, as they were caught playing gambling games on their mobile phones.

The procedural materials were sent to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça for further actions.
