Rama shares footage of works on the Elbasan–Rrogozhinë road: A strategic section of Corridor VIII

Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared footage on social media showing the progress of construction works on the Elbasan–Rrogozhinë road, describing the project as a strategic investment for the country's infrastructure and development.

In a Facebook post, Rama emphasized that the road section is part of Corridor VIII and will help improve connectivity between cities, enhance road safety, and strengthen Albania’s role in the region.

“And with the work continuing on the Elbasan–Rrogozhinë road, a strategic section of Corridor VIII, an investment that brings cities closer together, improves road safety, and strengthens Albania’s role as a regional bridge, I wish you all a wonderful day,” Rama wrote on Facebook.

The Elbasan–Rrogozhinë road is part of the infrastructure projects under Corridor VIII, which aims to connect the Adriatic Sea with the Black Sea, improving transportation and economic exchanges across the region.
