D., 28 vjeç, pasi u kap jashtë banese, në cenim të masës së sigurisë “Arrest në shtëpi”, të caktuar nga Gjykata e Korçës, për veprën penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve”; -referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin I. D., 36 vjeç, banues në fshatin Voskop, pasi në celular iu gjet një faqe online aktive për vënie bastesh sportive.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Pogradec referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin D. H., 39 vjeç, banues në Pogradec, pasi u kap duke transportuar 9 m³ dru zjarri, të prerë në kundërshtim më ligjin. Lënda drusore u sekuestrua në cilësinë e provës materiale.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Kolonjë referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin Th. Q., banues në fshatin Vodicë, pasi dyshohet se për motive të dobëta, ka dëmtuar disa pemë frutore, në pronësi të një shtetaseje.

Më datë 06.03.2025, ka rënë zjarr në fshatin Kodras, Kolonjë, dhe si pasojë është djegur një sipërfaqe e toke dhe disa pisha. Vijojnë hetimet për të përcaktuar dhe provuar shkakun e rënies së zjarrit.

Rreth orës 16:30, në fshatin Novoselë, shtetasi N. B., 74 vjeç, banues në fshatin Sovjan, dyshohet se është rrëzuar aksidentalisht, gjatë lëvizjes me biçikletë, dhe si pasojë, ka humbur jetën. Punohet për dokumentimin me prova ligjore të rrethanave të rastit.

Gjatë natës, shtetas të paindetifikuar, kanë thyer xhamat e qendrës shëndetësore në fshatin Symiz, por nuk kanë marrë asgjë. Vijojnë hetimet për të identifikuar dhe nxjerrë përpara përgjegjësisë penale, autorin/ët e rastit, si dhe për të sqaruar rrethanat.

— Rreth orës 10:05, në dyqanin në pronësi të shtetasit P. Sh., në lagjen nr. 1, në Pogradec, dyshohet se ka shpërthyer një bombul gazi. Si pasojë janë shkaktuar vetëm dëme materiale. Grupi hetimor po punon për sqarimin e rrethanave të rastit.

Materialet procedurale iu referuan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Korçë, për veprime të mëtejshme.

Referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizen I. D., 36 years old, residing in the village of Voskop, after an active online sports betting page was found on his mobile phone.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Pogradec Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizen D. H., 39 years old, residing in Pogradec, after he was caught transporting 9 m³ of firewood, cut in violation of the law. The wood was seized as material evidence.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Kolonjë Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizen Th. Q., residing in the village of Vodicë, after it is suspected that, for trivial reasons, he damaged several fruit trees belonging to a female citizen.
On 06.03.2025, a fire broke out in the village of Kodras, Kolonjë, and as a result, an area of land and several pine trees were burned. Investigations continue to determine and prove the cause of the fire.
Around 16:30, in the village of Novoselë, the citizen N. B., 74 years old, residing in the village of Sovjan, is suspected to have fallen accidentally while riding a bicycle, and as a result, lost his life. Efforts are underway to document the circumstances of the incident with legal evidence.
During the night, unidentified individuals broke the windows of the health center in the village of Symiz but did not take anything. Investigations continue to identify and hold accountable the perpetrator(s) of the incident, as well as to clarify the circumstances.
Around 10:05, in the store owned by the citizen P. Sh., in neighborhood no. 1, Pogradec, it is suspected that a gas cylinder exploded. As a result, only material damages were caused. The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident.The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of the General Jurisdiction of Korçë for further actions.
