Seismic tremors in Korçë, residents feel the earthquake

Earthquake tremors were recorded this morning in the city of Korçë, with the shaking also felt across the area, especially on the upper floors of apartment buildings.

Tremors were felt this morning in Korçë. According to European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the earthquake measured 3.1 in magnitude, while the epicenter was located in Gjonomadh, northwest of the city of Korçë.

The earthquake in southeastern Albania occurred at 07:36 this morning.

The tremors were recorded at a depth of 5 kilometers.

So far, no material damage has been reported.
