SERIOUS in Korçë / He vandalizes his sister’s home. 33-year-old violates “House Arrest” measure

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Korçë Police Station:

• Referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against citizen V. S., resident of Korçë, suspected of forcibly entering his sister’s home, claiming it as his property;

• Issued a search order for citizen S. F., 33 years old, resident of Korçë, for violating the security measure of “House Arrest” by leaving his residence.

The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
