Kolë Manaj is a 34-year-old man, the perpetrator of a serious incident in Shkodër, where he shot his partner, Anila Prendushi, 44, in the head.

Inside the vehicle, Manaj was found dead, having committed suicide, while Prendushi was urgently taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Both were found inside a “Volkswagen” car where the incident occurred. The 44-year-old woman is a mother of three children from her first marriage.
