Vllaznia “fears” Skënderbeu, the coach says…

Yesterday, Vllaznia’s coach, Thomas Brdariç, held a press conference where his first words were: “Skënderbeu is in last place, but we don’t judge a team by its position. We are preparing in the right way to face this opponent.” Clearly, it seems that the coach does not intend to underestimate a team like Skënderbeu.

It is important to remember that the league standings do not always say everything, and the Albanian championship is not a competition where there are teams that make a big difference. This is evident, as any team can beat anyone and can be beaten by anyone.

However, Coach Brdaric went even further when, in the context of preparations, he declared: “We know where the opponent’s strengths and weaknesses are, but we are going only for the win in this match.” Naturally, the coach cannot say otherwise, but it will be the field that decides everything in this encounter. The Skënderbeu team, eager for points, will give their maximum to get the win, as they have no second option if they want to stay in the race to move away from the bottom of the table.
