Meta states that the feature will not be enabled automatically, but users will decide whether to activate it themselves, reported The Verge. If users choose to do so, Meta will begin using information from WhatsApp to offer, personalize, and improve its products and services, including displaying ads. In that case, the user will be able to control how and where they want to share their WhatsApp statuses. The Account Center will also allow users to log in to multiple Meta apps with the same account.
