WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL / Skënderbeu faces Partizani tomorrow to secure the grand final

Skënderbeu in women’s volleyball will play the second leg of the Albanian Cup semi-final against Partizani tomorrow. A week ago, the red and whites secured a 3-1 victory in the capital, and now they need just one more win to book their place in the final and claim the long-awaited trophy in the southeastern city.

A large number of fans are expected to fill the stands of the “Tamara Nikolla” sports hall in Korçë, not only because of the importance of the match but also due to the presence of Partizani. Meanwhile, Skënderbeu’s volleyball players have promised a spectacle and qualification to the final.

Unlike previous years, this year’s Albanian Cup finals will be held in the southeastern city on March 15—a strong motivation for Skënderbeu to secure another trophy for their collection.

The women’s Albanian Cup final is likely to be Skënderbeu vs. Tirana, which is why the red and white club has called on fans today to show up in large numbers tomorrow at 17:00 at the sports hall to support their beloved team.
