Another assassination attempt on Trump? FBI reveals: Drone attack thwarted during UFC event at the White House

The FBI has announced that it has foiled an alleged plot to carry out a drone attack loaded with explosives at the White House during a sporting event held in the U.S. capital.

According to authorities, the incident was linked to a UFC mixed martial arts event that was being held as part of celebrations marking the 80th birthday of President Donald Trump.

U.S. authorities have arrested five individuals suspected of involvement in the plan, while at least three of them have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

The investigation began after information was provided by the mother of one of the suspects, who alerted authorities to the alleged plot.

According to court documents, the plan involved using drones equipped with explosives to target the northern grounds of the White House during the sporting event, known as “UFC Freedom 250,” which was part of activities commemorating the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States.
