“Better if I had stayed inside” / Miri speaks for the first time after leaving: shares emotions, comments, and plans after exiting the house

Finalist of “Big Brother VIP 5”, Miri, has reacted for the first time after the end of the country’s most-watched show, sharing his emotions and experiences after 120 days of isolation in the house.

In an interview for Top Channel, after leaving the Big Brother VIP Albania 5 house, he spoke about the experience, which he described as extraordinary, the challenges during his journey, and dealing with numerous comments on social media, both positive and negative.

Miri: “Big Brother was very beautiful, very good, I really enjoyed it, honestly. I’m now seeing what has happened outside. It was an extraordinary experience.”

Journalist: “How were Miri’s 120 days in Big Brother, the most beautiful moments and those that left a mark on you during this journey?”

Miri: “The first month was fantastic, then there was a strong shock, while the end was very calm. I thought that if you want to win this Big Brother, you must enjoy it and be calmer, show civility, kindness, show a big heart, just as I truly am.”

Journalist: “How have these 48 hours after Big Brother been, with meetings and comments?”

Miri: “It would have been better if I had stayed inside and not come out. There was a huge flow of comments, I had to face everything at once. At least inside we could take it step by step. There was a very large flow of comments, positive of course, but also negative, because we know Albanian society has both sides, good and bad. That shows how much you contributed to the show, how much you gave for yourself, and what we transmitted while we were in the house.”

Journalist: “Any negative comment you didn’t like or that was misunderstood?”

Miri: “I accept them all now… I will continue my journey with ‘West Side Family’, with my team working on music. I’m very happy with the new songs that were released while I was in the house, they have done very well. I’m very satisfied with what we will represent outside Big Brother. I thank Top Channel for making this experience so pleasant, so good, and I don’t know how I will ever repay the audience.”
