BREAKING NEWS / The Disciplinary Commission issues fines and suspensions across the board. Find out all today’s decisions!

1. KF Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators by entering the playing field and endangering security inside the stadium, based on article 17/2/a of the Disciplinary and Ethics Code (KDE), is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.


2. KF Egnatia, for failing to respect duties, responsibilities, and activity regulations, causing a temporary interruption of the match, based on articles 8/1, 13/1, 16/1, and 77 of the DEC, is fined 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ALL.


KF Egnatia, based on article 6/1/a of the DEC, is warned that in case of repeated delays or match interruptions, it will be subject to harsher disciplinary measures provided by the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.


3. KF Egnatia official, Edlir Tetova, for violation of fair-play principles by not respecting the rules of the game and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 6 (six) months from all activities organized by AFF.


4. KF Egnatia player, Albano Aleksi, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


5. KF Egnatia official, Klejdi Zenelaj, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


6. KF Egnatia official, Julian Brahja, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


7. KF Egnatia official, Taulant Guma, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


8. KF Egnatia official, Emiliano Bishdili, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


9. KF Egnatia official, Ilir Kapllani, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


10. KF Egnatia official, Alban Hoxha, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


11. KF Egnatia official, Aldo Sula, for violation of fair-play principles by displaying unsporting behavior and acting against the integrity and reputation of the activity due to withdrawing the team from the match, based on articles 6/2/a, 8/1, and 13 of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities organized by AFF.


12. Flamurtari FC, for failing to fulfill responsibilities regarding order and safety after the match, as well as for improper behavior of spectators throwing objects onto the field, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/b of the DEC, is fined 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL.


13. Flamurtari FC official, Artan Memetaj, for assaulting opposing team players, based on article 14/1/i of the DEC, is suspended for 1 (one) year from all activities organized by AFF. Under article 6/2/c of the DEC, the official is banned from entering all stadiums and sporting events organized by FAF until the suspension is completed.


14. Flamurtari FC player, Squadrone Luciano Gaston, for assaulting opposing team players, based on article 14/1/i of the DEC, is suspended for 6 (six) months from all activities organized by AFF. Under article 6/2/b of the DEC, the player is prohibited from entering dressing rooms and interior stadium areas until the suspension is completed.


15. KF Delvina, for improper behavior of spectators endangering stadium safety, based on article 17/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of the DEC, the fine is applied at 20%.


16. KF Adriatiku, for failing to fulfill responsibilities regarding order and safety during the match, as well as for improper behavior of spectators throwing objects onto the field, based on articles 17/1 and 17/2/b of the DEC, is fined 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of the DEC, the fine is applied at 20%.


17. Apolonia B, for abandoning a valid Third Category National Championship match against FC Gramozi, based on article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3-0 result. According to article 76/1/c of the DEC, the fine is applied at 10%.


18. FK Tepelena, for abandoning a valid Third Category National Championship match against SH.S Albpetrol, based on article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and the field result is upheld. According to article 76/1/c of the DEC, the fine is applied at 10%.


19. KF Skrapari, for failing to fulfill responsibilities regarding order and safety during the match, as well as for improper behavior of spectators causing match interruption, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/b, and 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3-0 result. According to article 76/1/c of the DEC, the fine is applied at 10%.


20. KF Skrapari player, Florian Islamaj, for assaulting opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities.


21. KF Skrapari player, Redi Cuadari, for assaulting opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the DEC, is suspended for 5 (five) matches from all activities.


22. KF Laçi U-19 official, Kleo Laska, for unsporting behavior toward officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the DEC, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.


23. KF Laçi U-19 official, Naim Halili, for unsporting behavior toward officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the DEC, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.


24. FC Lushnja U-19, for improper behavior of spectators throwing objects onto the field, based on article 17/2/b of the DEC, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is applied at 3%.


25. AF Triuph U-19 player, Marvin Haska, for unsporting behavior toward opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the DEC, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activities.


26. FC Lushnja U-17, for abandoning a valid First Category U-17 National Championship match against KF Shkodra U-17, based on article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match by default with a 3-0 result. According to article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is applied at 3%.


27–30. Various U-16 players (Tr 19 Akademi and Rinia EL) suspended for 5 matches for assaulting opposing players.


31–33. KF Vora U-15 officials and players suspended for 4 matches for unsporting behavior toward match officials.


34–35. Atletik Club U-15 player suspended 4 matches for unsporting behavior.


36. FC Albanet U-14, for abandoning a valid First Category U-14 National Championship match against FK Skënderbeu U-14, fined 100,000 ALL and loses the match by default 3-0. Fine applied at 3%.


37. Antigonea, Sunday League “9X9,” for failing to fulfill responsibilities for order and safety and for unsporting behavior of officials and players causing match interruption, fined 500,000 ALL and loses the match 3-0. Fine applied at 10%.


38–40. Antigonea players and official (Marjan Gaxhaj, Ardit Cunaj, Klajdi Metaj) suspended 10 matches each for threatening match officials.


41. FK Apolonia player, Erisildio Asllanaj, request accepted for conversion of the remaining part of the sanction, based on article 75 of the DEC.


42. Primo MFC player, Klaudio Hoxha, request accepted for suspension of the remaining part of the sanction. Conditional suspension period, based on article 34/1 of the DEC, will be 6 (six) months.


Appeals against the decision are allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Commission.
