The severe weather that hit Ano Glyfada in Greece caused major flooding, turning the area’s streets into raging rivers. In these conditions, a dramatic incident occurred where a woman was rescued at the last minute by two men who risked their lives to pull her out of the rushing waters.

According to witnesses and videos published in the Greek media, the woman was trying to cross a waterlogged street when the water level suddenly rose, threatening to sweep her away. Two men nearby immediately jumped into the water and managed to pull her to safety. Fortunately, the woman survived thanks to their quick actions, as the men risked their own lives to save her.

Meanwhile, a few blocks away, another woman was swept away by the water and lost her life. This incident shocked local residents and added a new level of drama to the heavy rain and strong winds affecting the area.

In addition to the floods, the bad weather caused significant damage, with cars, trash bins, and other objects swept away by the current, making movement for pedestrians and drivers extremely dangerous. Media images show cars sliding and hitting other objects, increasing fear among residents.

Authorities have warned locals to avoid traveling through flooded areas and to exercise extreme caution, as the severe weather is expected to continue causing problems in the region.
