DISCIPLINE bans 16 fans from entering stadiums in Albania permanently! HERE ARE THE NAMES…

The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission, after reviewing the report of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the Shkodër Local Police Directorate regarding acts of violence in the “Abissnet Superiore” championship match KF Vllaznia – AF Elbasani held on 15.02.2026 at 19:30 at the “Loro Boriçi” stadium, where violations of the legal provisions of Articles 48 and following of Law 79/2017 “On Sport” were observed, and after examining the submitted documentation and discussing the issues in full, based on Articles 59 and following of the DECISION OF THE DISCIPLINARY AND ETHICS COMMISSION (KDE)

DECIDED:

To ban from entering football stadiums in the Republic of Albania, where activities organized by the AFF are held, for an unlimited period of time the following persons:

Serxhio Ardian Miloti

Kristo Halit Krraba

Juljan Qamil Pllumbi

Enaldo Përparim Selami

Elios Ermir Qosja

Denis Shkëlqim Deliu

Based on Article 7 of the DECISION OF THE DISCIPLINARY AND ETHICS COMMISSION (KDE), all FSHF members who manage football stadiums are instructed to ensure the enforcement of this decision

A copy of this decision shall be forwarded to the State Police

DECIDED:
