Pop star Dua Lipa has filed a $15 million lawsuit against Samsung, claiming that the electronics manufacturer used her image to sell televisions without permission or payment.
According to the lawsuit, filed on Friday, Samsung used Lipa’s image on the cardboard packaging of its televisions starting last year.
When Lipa was informed about it, she requested that the company stop using her image.
The lawsuit claims that the company was “dismissive and indifferent” and refused the request.
