EXCLUSIVE / Here’s when Julian Ahmataj will be presented at Skënderbeu! What is expected in the coming days

At these moments, our portal “Korça Boom” has exclusively learned the presentation date of the new Skënderbeu coach, Julian Ahmataj, while also uncovering other developments in the red-and-white camp.

Ahmataj has already finalized his agreement with Skënderbeu and will officially take charge of the team on June 22, the day he will arrive in the southeastern city and also be presented by the club’s management.

According to the same sources, on that day Skënderbeu will also begin preparations for the new 2026–2027 season, a campaign in which the red-and-whites will compete in the Superliga.

While the issue of the coach has now been settled, what remains to be revealed are the names of the players who will join Skënderbeu during this summer transfer window.

Work on bringing in new players has already been underway for days, and Ahmataj together with the club’s management are selecting the footballers who will wear the red-and-white jersey this season. However, no official new names have emerged so far, as it has been learned that the club is working carefully and discreetly in order not to make names public before agreements are finalized.

In this way, Skënderbeu will begin to take shape on June 22, and everyone in southeastern Albania is eagerly waiting to discover the new Skënderbeu under the leadership of the new coach, Julian Ahmataj.
