EXCLUSIVE/ Skënderbeu secures another striker. Here’s who is coming to Korçë from Greece!

Skënderbeu is not slowing down in the summer transfer window, having secured another footballer in recent hours. The “Korça Boom” portal reveals at this moment that the red-and-white side is closing in on the signing of another striker.

Deivid Hoxha, the 19-year-old footballer of Greek club Panetolikos, is expected to wear the Skënderbeu shirt and become another promising talent added to the squad.

Panetolikos U-19 played a friendly against Skënderbeu two days ago, losing 3-0. Hoxha wore the captain’s armband in that match. The Albanian-born player, who holds a Greek passport, plays as a striker. That game served as a “springboard,” and Hoxha is now expected to be officially unveiled as a red-and-white player, with the club viewing him as a player with significant potential.

It is worth recalling that Hoxha is 1.93 meters tall and is under contract with the Greek club, but an agreement between the two clubs could allow Deivid to join Skënderbeu.

The tall striker is also part of Albania’s youth national teams.
