EXCLUSIVE/ Skënderbeu signs a towering defender from Greece. Here's who is joining! Revealed by Korça Boom!

Skënderbeu continues to be very active in the summer transfer market, as the club’s management and technical staff have decided to complete new signings as quickly as possible.

It is the portal “Korça Boom” that brings the latest addition to Skënderbeu. It is Georgios Lagonidis, the Greek defender from Thessaloniki, who will now wear Skënderbeu’s new jersey.

Lagonidis, who was developed at PAOK Thessaloniki, is 24 years old and stands 1.94 meters tall. He is expected to be a valuable addition to the center of defense.

Georgios has only once tried playing in Germany years ago, while most of his career has been spent with Greek clubs such as Iraklis, Kampaniakos, PAOK B, and most recently Volos.

The defender is now expected to travel to join the team and come under the guidance of coach Julian Ahmataj.

Good luck to the defender arriving from Thessaloniki to Skënderbeu, as he prepares to wear the red-and-white jersey for the first time.
