Exclusive: Korça midfielder Rei Pecani continues his journey with Kukësi, no return to Skënderbeu

Talented Korçë midfielder Rei Pecani will be part of the Kukësi team for the new football season. After playing last season on loan from Skënderbeu, it seems the player will not return to his hometown but will continue to wear the Kukësi jersey.

The decision to stay in Kukës comes after a very positive season for the young midfielder, who has been one of the most important players in the lineup and an undisputed starter. His performance in midfield caught the attention of the northeastern club’s management, who reached an agreement to keep him on the team for the 2025–2026 season.

Pecani is expected to play a key role in the coach’s tactical setup, being available to the team throughout the season and helping Kukësi achieve better results in the championship.
