First Division returns with Week 3 matches: Skënderbeu hosts Iliria, Kukësi faces Lushnja

The Albanian First Division returns this weekend with the third round of fixtures. Two matches are scheduled for today, Friday, September 12. The opening clash sees Kukësi host Lushnja at 16:00.

Later in the evening, at 19:00, Skënderbeu will face Iliria at the “Skënderbeu” Stadium in Korçë. On paper, the Korçë side are clear favorites, and the red-and-whites will be determined not to drop points at home, especially against Iliria.

The remaining four fixtures of the round will be played tomorrow, Saturday, September 13, all kicking off at 16:00. Pogradeci meets Laçi, AF Luftëtari takes on Burreli, Besa hosts Apolonia, while Kastrioti squares off with Korabi.
