Korça Prefect Nertil Jole announced on his official page:

“I held a meeting at the premises of GIZ (the German Agency for International Cooperation) with experts involved in the 'Zero City Lab' project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by GIZ. The project, in collaboration with local self-governing units, supports local actors with analysis, ideas, and concrete incentives toward innovation in entrepreneurship and creative initiatives, which can and should create new opportunities for innovative development across various sectors.

We discussed the potential of the Korça region and the inclusive approach that the project should follow—ensuring that not only institutional actors are part of these ongoing discussions, but also freelancers, businesses, and especially young people and students from 'Fan S. Noli' University. They should always be supported and assisted in identifying untapped potentials that could open new paths and ease their way toward building a professional career within our region.”
