Today, the official list of singers participating in the 64th Song Festival at RTSH has been announced, one of the most important music events in Albania at the end of the year. The Selection Committee, led artistically by singer Elhaida Dani, has chosen 28 artists who will perform on the stage of this edition.

This year brings a balanced mix of well-known names in Albanian music, highly anticipated returns, as well as new artists making their debut on this stage.

Returns and notable collaborations

One of the most talked-about duets is between Fifi and Tiri Gjoci, who have collaborated before and return together for this edition. Also competing is Alis, who last year placed third with the song “Mjegull,” as well as singer Vedat Ademi, another highly anticipated return.

Other well-known names on the list include Evi Reçi, Erik Lloshi, Kamela Islamaj, Enxhi Nasufi, Gerta Mahmutaj, Sheila, and Gresa Gjocera.

New artists on the big stage

This edition will also welcome new voices experiencing the excitement of the Festival stage for the first time. Among them are Egzon Pireci, an artist from Prizren, and Iris (Inis) Neziri, a name already familiar to the Albanian audience.

A surprise of this edition is Erand Sojli, the well-known actor who will make his Festival debut as a singer.

Festival format and structure

The 64th Festival will take place over four nights under the artistic direction of Elhaida Dani.

The first and second nights will be competitive nights.

The third night will be the “Night of Nostalgia,” revisiting beloved hits from the past.

The fourth night will be the Grand Finale, where the winner will be announced.

As in last year’s edition, the competing songs are expected to be released during November, allowing the public to familiarize themselves with the musical creations of this year.
