They are two names that need no introduction. For decades, Llazi Sërbo and Tinka Kurti remained symbols of true art, an art that never ages, because it speaks with the heart of a nation.

Llazi Sërbo, an actor with a rare presence on stage and screen. The elegance, intensity, and profound calm he conveyed in his roles made him irreplaceable. From “The Bride and the Curfew” to “The Confrontation,” he embodied complex, often tragic characters, leaving an indelible mark on the collective memory. Sërbo was a master of silence that spoke volumes.

Tinka Kurti, the grande dame of Albanian theatre and film. With a career spanning over 70 years, Tinka became the mother, sister, wife, teacher, the figures, Albanians loved and trusted. In “Stars of the Long Nights,” “The Lady from the City,” or “The Girls with Red Ribbons,” she made us laugh and cry, always remaining authentic, always human.

Two icons. One legacy. An eternal love for the arts.
