Albanian referee Emanuela Rusta will officiate the match between Spain and Iceland, valid for the group stage of the Women’s World Cup.
This is a major achievement for Rusta, who will be assisted by another Albanian, Mirjeta Salla, as assistant referee. The second assistant will be England’s Nikoleta Bria, while the fourth official will be Kejsi Tafili from Albania.
The match will be played on March 3 at 19:00 at the “Estadio Municipal de Castalia.”
