Official report: Four Albanian citizens arrested in Serbia for inciting hatred.
Members of the Ministry of Interior, through the Criminal Police Directorate, have arrested four citizens of the Republic of Albania on the territory of Serbia, suspected of the criminal offense of inciting national, racial, and religious hatred and intolerance, MUP announced, as reported by Presheva.com.
The arrested individuals are A. S. (1989), E. V. (1984), E. G. (1978), and A. C. (2005).
According to suspicions, A. S. published a video today on the social network Facebook, where he appears in a vehicle together with the other suspects while traveling on a highway through Serbia. During the video, as stated by MUP, symbols of the so-called “Greater Albania” were displayed and inappropriate language was used against the Republic of Serbia.
By order of the authorities, the suspects have been placed in detention for up to 48 hours, after which they will be sent to the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, specifically to the Special Department for Combating High-Tech Crime.
