Selection for Albanian footballers in the USA: Applications still open

On June 28, 2025, the Albanian Football Association (FSHF) will organize, for the third consecutive year, selection trials for talented boys and girls of Albanian origin living in the United States and Canada.

The event will take place at Hudson Sports Complex, Warwick NY, and will include players born in the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. The selection process will be closely monitored by FSHF’s Head of Scouting, Ardi Behari.

The main goal of the initiative is to identify young footballers who could potentially join Albania’s youth national teams, both for girls and boys.

Applications remain open for a few more days. Interested individuals can send their information to the email address: seleksionime@fshf.al, specifying the following details:

• First and last name

• Playing position

• Club website (if available)
