Selin criticizes Brikena’s hosting: The least you can do is study television

Former Big Brother VIP Kosova contestant Selin has commented on moderator Brikena Selmani’s interview with Greta on the show “Top Arena”, criticizing the way the conversation was conducted and some of the questions asked.

Speaking on “Pushime on Top”, Selin focused on Brikena’s question to Greta about whether former contestants were still talking about her after the reality show had ended.

According to Selin, self-confidence is important, but it should not create the impression that everything revolves around one person.

“It is okay to value yourself, but a person should keep their feet on the ground,” she said.

Selin described the moderator’s question as unnecessary and said she would have preferred a different response from Greta.

“What I did not like was a completely irrelevant question. If Brikena had asked me, I would have given her the answer,” she said.

She also questioned why the moderator chose to ask Greta about her, when she had the opportunity to interview her directly.

In the end, Selin also criticized Brikena’s preparation in the role of a host, emphasizing that a television figure should study and learn from professionals in the field.

“If you aspire to become a moderator, the least you can do is study. Study figures who have years of experience in hosting, television, and journalism,” Selin stated.

She added that she herself follows different hosts and shows in order to prepare for the future, emphasizing that she had noticed some elements in Brikena’s hosting style that she did not like.
