Shock: A 24-year-old woman was found dead in her sleep by her mother

A tragic event has shocked the local community in Rhodes, where a 24-year-old woman was found dead in her home by her mother.

The victim, identified as Kyriaki Kasioti, was found lifeless while sleeping. According to Greek media, the young woman had previously complained of headaches.

Her mother said she noticed that her daughter had been sleeping for an unusually long time, and when she entered the room to check on her, she realized that her pulse had stopped. She and other family members immediately alerted emergency services, but despite their efforts, they were unable to revive the 24-year-old.

According to the death certificate issued after the autopsy by forensic services in Greece, the suspected cause of death is believed to be a brain hemorrhage.

Authorities clarified that the incident occurred in the Afantou area of Rhodes between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., while the circumstances remain to be fully confirmed by the ongoing medical investigation.
